Pastor Manita Fadel is the esteemed First Lady of RCCG The Americas I and a dedicated co-laborer in ministry with her husband, Pastor James Fadel, the Assistant General Overseer and Continental Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) The Americas I. Headquartered in Floyd (Dallas), Texas, RCCG The Americas I spans three subcontinents: the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean, encompassing 15 regions, 27 countries, and over 700 church parishes. This branch is part of the global RCCG body, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, under the leadership of Pastors Enoch and Foluke Adeboye.

A medical doctor by profession, Pastor Manita Fadel spent 10 years in pediatric practice before her calling to full-time ministry. Her early acceptance of Christ at age 9 ignited a lifelong passion for the spiritual growth of children and youth, leading her to oversee these ministries for RCCG The Americas I. With over 30 years as a pastor’s wife, she understands the unique challenges faced by pastors’ wives, inspiring her to found the Pastors’ Wives’ Forum (P.W.F) to Support, Encourage, and Empower (S.E.E.) them in their divine callings.

Pastor Manita’s creativity and passion for sewing, honed over 40 years, led her to establish the “Threads of Life” initiative in Spring 2020. This initiative uses her sewing skills to teach others and support women and children’s shelters through the proceeds of her work. Known for her organizational skills and commitment to excellence, she is a simple and practical teacher of the Word, ministering to diverse groups including children, youth, singles, married couples, women, and pastors’ wives. Her speaking engagements span worldwide, addressing various programs and conferences.

Additionally, Pastor Manita is the author of the illustrated book “Fifty and Fabulous.” She has been happily married to her college sweetheart, Pastor James Fadel, for 35 years, and together they pastor RCCG New Life Church in Dallas, Texas. They are blessed with three beautiful, intelligent daughters.
